Getting Started

Step 1
Account Creation & Workspace Provisioning
HyperSnap requires a verified organizational identity to prevent abuse and ensure SOC 2 Type II compliance. Navigate to the registration portal and input your corporate email address.
Verify Identity
After submitting your credentials, our system sends a time-sensitive verification token to your inbox. Click the link to activate your primary workspace.
Configure Billing Tier
Select the 'Scale' plan for up to 500,000 monthly redirects. Team leads can add sub-admins under the 'Members' tab before proceeding.
Domain Verification
Add your custom domain (e.g., go.yourcompany.io) by creating a CNAME record pointing to cname.hyperdns.net. Propagation typically completes within 15 minutes.
Step 2
Dashboard Tour & Navigation
Once authenticated, you land on the command center. The sidebar houses your core utilities, while the top bar displays real-time API latency and active redirect counts.
Familiarize yourself with these core panels before generating traffic:
Analytics Hub
View geographic distribution, device breakdowns, and referrer sources for every campaign. Data refreshes every 60 seconds.
Link Manager
Bulk edit slugs, toggle expiration dates, and assign UTM parameters via the CSV importer. Supports up to 10,000 rows per batch.
Security Settings
Enforce IP whitelisting, configure bot filtering, and manage API keys for third-party integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Step 3
Generating Your First Shortened Link
Navigate to the 'Create Link' modal. Enter your destination URL, select a custom slug, and apply any preconfigured tracking templates.
Input Destination
Paste the full HTTPS URL you want to redirect to. Our validator automatically checks for mixed-content warnings and ensures the target server responds with a 200 OK status.
Customize Slug & Metadata
Define a readable slug like q3-launch and attach a fallback title. Enable 'Preserve Query Strings' if your destination relies on dynamic parameters.
Deploy & Share
Click 'Publish' to instantiate the endpoint. HyperSnap immediately provisions the route across our global edge network. Copy the final URL and paste it into your marketing assets.
