FAQ | HyperSnap Support

Enterprise-grade link infrastructure

General Questions

Everything you need to know about workspace configuration, link management, and data retention policies.

How many custom domains can I attach to a single HyperSnap workspace?

Workspaces on the Growth plan support up to 5 verified custom domains, while Enterprise accounts include unlimited domains with automatic SSL provisioning via Let's Encrypt or Cloudflare.

What happens to my click data if I downgrade my plan mid-cycle?

Historical analytics remain accessible for 90 days. Real-time dashboards revert to the 30-day window, and API rate limits adjust to 1,000 requests per hour until the next billing cycle.

Can I export raw click logs for our internal data warehouse?

Yes. The Data Export tab generates CSV or JSON files updated every 15 minutes. Enterprise customers can also enable SFTP drops or direct Snowflake/Firebase syncs through the integrations panel.

Billing Questions

Transparent pricing, tax compliance, and payment workflows for teams of all sizes.

Do you offer annual billing discounts for team licenses?

Yes. Annual commitments lock in pricing and apply a 20% discount. Invoices are generated quarterly via Stripe Billing, and VAT/GST is automatically calculated for EU, UK, and APAC entities.

Can I switch from credit card to wire transfer for Enterprise invoices?

Absolutely. Contact our finance team at billing@hypersnap.io to update your payment method. Wire transfers require a 15-day net term and must include your workspace ID in the memo line.

How are overage charges calculated if we exceed our monthly click allowance?

Overages are billed at $0.002 per additional click, charged to your registered payment method on the 1st of the following month. You'll receive a Slack notification and email alert at 80% and 100% utilization.

Technical Questions

API endpoints, redirect behavior, webhook configurations, and infrastructure limits.

What redirect methods does HyperSnap support for UTM preservation?

We use 302 temporary redirects by default to preserve cache flexibility. 301 permanent redirects are available in the link settings but will bypass our UTM append logic to ensure search engine indexing remains clean.

How do I configure webhook payloads for real-time click tracking?

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks. You’ll receive a JSON payload containing link_id, timestamp, geo_country, referrer, and device_type. Endpoints must respond with a 200 OK within 5 seconds to prevent retry queues.

Does the HyperSnap SDK support server-side rendering frameworks?

Yes. Our Node.js and Python SDKs are framework-agnostic and work seamlessly with Next.js, Nuxt, and Django. The client-side JavaScript tracker auto-detects hydration states and defers initialization until interactivity is confirmed.
